ABOUT MARTHA
Martha is a feminine skirt, which captivates with classic design and is reminiscent of the skirts of the 70s. The elastic waistband ensures comfortable fit, the length provides freedom of movement and a playful look. Martha can be made with or without a button placket and an optional tier. The side pocket has a roomy design and features a simple but refined finish. Four different views are included in the pattern, but of course you can hack more out of the pattern, there are no limits. All seam allowances are included in the pattern and are 1 cm (3/8”) unless otherwise stated.
 
The sewing pattern includes the print options  A4 Print at home, USLetter Print at home, A0 and projector files
Size packs are 32-46 / 2-16, 42-60 / 12-60 with 3 sized overlay for easy grading between the sizes if needed. In all pdf files the sizes can be selected individually for printing.
The covered body measurements are : in cm bust 78-149, waist 62-133, hip 88-158 | in inch: bust 31-59, waist 24-52, hip 34 1/2 - 62 1/2

IDEAS FOR HACKING THE PATTERN
All the elements that are included in the pattern can be freely combined with each other. Another easy version would be to omit the step for VIEW B / D and just do a shorter skirt. Other ideas include adding  side slits or an additional tier.
 
TALKING FABRICS
Martha is a design that is suitable for woven fabrics. If you want a little more structure, linen, poplin and crisp cottons are perfect. If you want a flowy, breezy look, flowy fabrics made of viscose, washed linen or silk in a lightweight quality, for example, would work well.
